Symptoms
Below error happens intermittently when attempting to view file from AutoVue for Agile PLM
Error
Access denied: authorization required
Facts
Agile Application Server is clustered and running on load balancer (F5 (Big-IP))
File Manager server is not load balanced
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and search and open a file with attachment
2. Go to Attachment tab, and select file, and View
3. AutoVue client window opens, but fails to open file with error: Access denied: authorization required
4. After retrying for several times, the file can be viewed
