Symptoms
Batch is failing when it is executed multiple times on the same day with same MIS date.
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Login to CS Application.
Step 2 : Execute CS batch for the same day multiple times with same MIS Date.
Step 3 : Check for the results on 2nd iteration.
Expected result :
CS batch must be executed without error even for the second iteration for the same MIS date.
Actual result :
CS batch execution failed.
