Unable To Delete Patient Relevant History Record (Doc ID 2799198.1)

For a specific case, user is unable to delete Patient Relevant History record and save the case in Patient tab.

User clicked 'delete'. The record gets deleted. But upon saving the case, ARGUS throws the error

"Contact your Administrator"
