CNPS3IP3 Prepaid Accounts Change State To Recharge Only Unexpectedly

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version,
User is facing an issue in Production where Prepaid Accounts change the state from Active to Recharge Only without any obvious reason.
It seems that after successful Top-Up and some usage the state changes to Recharge Only.
Prepaid Accounts should not change their state unless triggered as per the business design.
Kindly assist to overcome this issue.
