Manage Configuration Tab In BDI RMS Batch Job Admin is Not Accessible and Throws Error (Doc ID 2799359.1)

BDI Manage configuration throwing error

After login to BDI RMS Batch Job Admin, Unable to access the configuration in the Manage Configurations tab.


Error:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission" "context=SYSTEM,mapName=rms-batch-job-admin.war,keyName=*" "read")
at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission(AccessControlContext.java:472)
Unbale to get all the credentials.

Caused By: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: alias(externalJobAdminBaseUrlUserAlias) not found in the credential store.

Steps:

1. Install/Deploye BDI RMS Batch Job Admin on the WebLogic.
2. Login to BDI RMS Batch Job Admin using credentials provided during the installation.
3. Observe that the Configuration is Not displayed when clicked on the Manage Configurations tab and throws error.
