Processing icon keeps displaying when move to the different tab (Doc ID 2799552.1)

Symptoms

When open the case, the general tab appears properly.

However, the processing icon keeps appearing when click the different tab (patient tab, product tab etc).

This issue is suddenly happened after upgrading the product version.
