SIM Count Screen Does Not Consider Store Time Zone - Ad Hoc Counts (Doc ID 2800026.1)

Symptoms

When creating an ad hoc count in Store Inventory Management, on a particular date through SIM Handheld, SIM application screen shows the Stock Count date as the next date.

Steps to reproduce:

Pre-requisite: Set Store Timezone=America/Mexico_City, Start the Adhoc Stock Count on Handheld between ( 6 PM and 10 PM) as per the Store timezone.

 1. Login to SIM from the Hand Held.
 2. Enter option 2 (Inventory Management).
 3. Then select option 2 (Stock counts).
 4. Select option 3 (Ad hoc stock count).
 5. Select option 1 (Create new count).
 6. Scan the item and place quantity.
 7. Select option 5 (Complete count).
 8. Access the SIM application from Browser.
 9. Select the inventory management option.
10. Select the stock counts option.
11. Double click on the count that was made in the Hand Held.
     Date shown as the next date instead of the current date as per the Store timezone.
