Prompted to Save View When No Changes Have Been Made

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When working in the Activities page and changing views, user is inconsistently prompted to save view even when no changes have been made.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to only be prompted to save changes if a change has been made to the view.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Web.
- Open a project and go to Activities page.
- From the View drop-down, select 'Manage Views'.
- Select a different global view and select 'Apply'.
- When view loads, user will be prompted to save even though no changes have been made.
