Messaging Server Processes Stop Within A Couple Of Minutes Of Starting The Server (Doc ID 2801063.1)

Symptoms


All of the Messaging Server processes die within a couple of minutes after starting the server up.

This is a new MTA server. All process start fine when the start-msg command is issued but after couple of minutes, all of the processes just die.  There are no coredumps and the watcher log does not provide any further clues as to why they have stopped.

The following is logged in the default log when this problem occurs:


Due to this issue, the MTA is not reliable since the processes have been stopped, soon after they have been started.
