Oracle Healthcare Foundation - Version 7.3 and later
After upgrading from OHF 7.2.2 to OHF 7.3 and when attempting to run CDM incremental load from ODI, the following error occurs.
ERROR

ODI-1227: Task Create view/table on source-LKM TMP APPS Oracle to Oracle (DBLINK)- fails on the source connection ORACLE_HDM.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace CDM_OHF_TEMP
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete OHF upgrade from 7.2.2 to OHF 7.3
2. Run CDM Load from ODI
3. Error occur.
After upgrading from OHF 7.2.2 to OHF 7.3 and when attempting to run CDM incremental load from ODI, the following error occurs.
