Goal
Expected error message not displayed in Argus 8.2.2 when Initial Receipt Date or Receipt Date is empty or invalid.
Expecting to see these errors:
C.1.4- Initial Receive date (C.1.4) must be present or it is invalid.
C.1.5- Most recent info Receipt date (C.1.5) must be present or it is invalid.
