On : 2.3.0.3.0 version, Mobile Communications Platform

Field Activities Not Auto Extending

We have had reports of field activities not auto extending. Currently, our system is set to auto-extend FAs 99 times. However, the FAs are cancelling with an "Expiration" cancellation reason.
