Goal
An user is upgrading Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) version from 11.3.0.6.18. to 12.0 PatchSet (PS) 3 and then PS 4 on a test environment, the database comes from Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 PS 19.
Following the procedure from the readme file of ECE 12.0.0.4.0 – Patch 32944833, the user received an error "the table Customer not exists" when executing: "ALTER TABLE Customer ADD SCHEMA_ID NVARCHAR2(10);".
The test environment has persistence disabled:
java.property.persistenceEnabled=false
