User Unable to See Radio Button View All in Global worklist (Doc ID 2804955.1)

Symptoms

The user is not able to see the radio button 'View All' in the Global worklists, only the options View Individual and Group are available.
Verified user settings in Global User Management tab and user has the Workflow Manager role activated, so user should be able to see it.
