DGW Consumers Are Failing To Register With WLS after applying the Patch (Doc ID 2806621.1)

Goal

After applying following Weblogic maintenance Patches, Diameter Gateway(DGW) consumers are failing to register with Weblogic Server Java Message Service(WLS JMS) queue. As a result the queues in WLS are piling up.

• Java: <Patch 18143322>
• Opatch: <Patch 28186730> for OPatch 13.9.4.2.6
• WLS PSU: <Patch 33064699>
• FMW SPU: <Patch 32982708>
• UCP: <Patch 27616151> (this patch is an option for ECE to get it on the same patch level as Pricing Design Center/Billing Care/Business Operation Center)

Abbreviations :

PSU: Patch Set Update

SPU: Stack Patch Bundle

FMW: Fusion Middleware

UCP : Universal Connection Pool
