Unable to Login to Billing Care UI via HTTPS Endpoint (Doc ID 2806846.1)

Symptoms

On: Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management 12.0.0.3.0

Deployed Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Cloud Native (CNE) . Using Traefik Ingress Controller to expose the BC service over the internet.

Able to login to Billing Care (BC) User Interface (UI) via HTTP endpoint but getting "Incorrect Username/Password" when trying with HTTPS endpoint.

Below configuration is done:

Traefik ingress controller spins up an LB; attached a self-signed certificate to the SSL port of LB.

Tried the same configuration with Nginx Ingress Controller but hitting the same issue there as well.

The problem is a reproducible out-of-the-box setup. One can connect to the database from the BRM server. The default path is used.
