Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.22.0 version, Pipeline Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Pipeline process startup is taking more time than expected. Before migration of accounts it took 20 Mins and after migration it took around 80 Mins +.

From the process log, selector data module took more than 1 hour 15 mins.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pipeline startup should not take more time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Migrate new customers along with related offers and discounts into BRM 7.5 Patch Set (PS) 22 Environment.
2. Check if the offer loading modules during Pipeline startup is taking more time than expected.
