Composite Aggregation for Dimension D1_SP table's ADDRESS2 column is not working

While performing Composite Aggregation for Dimension as “Service Point (D1_SP) table’s column ADDRESS2” aggregated data is not getting created for Composite MC Set Participants. The issue seems to be in base code as Composite aggregation for dimension as Service Point characteristic is working fine.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Configuration/Data Setup:
1. Configure Aggregation Group of Foundation Measuring Component Sets which retrieves
data from physical measuring components and Composite Measuring Component Set
which retrieves data from Foundation Measuring Component Sets of the group.
Aggregation Group:
Measuring Component Set with sequence 40 will add the measurements from
Foundation Sets with sequence 10, 20 & 30.
Foundation Measuring Component Set with sequence 10
Note: Given criteria as measurement data is available for device on service point having
address2 values as highlighted in above screen shot.
Measuring Component Type for MC Set with sequence 10
Data Source of Foundation MC Set with Sequence 10:
Foundation Measuring Component Set with sequence 20
Note: Given criteria as measurement data is available for device on service point having
address2 values as highlighted in above screen shot.
Measuring Component Type for MC Set with sequence 20
Data Source of Foundation MC Set with Sequence 20:
Foundation Measuring Component Set with sequence 30
Note: Given criteria as measurement data is available for device on service point having
address2 values as highlighted in above screen shot.
Measuring Component Type for MC Set with sequence 30
Data Source of Foundation MC Set with Sequence 20:
Composite Measuring Component Set with sequence 40 in aggregation group
Note: Given criteria as measurement data is available for device on service point having
address2 values as highlighted in above screen shot.
Measuring Component Type for Composite MC Set with sequence 40
Data Source for Composite MC Set with sequence 40

2. Creation of MC set participants & measurement data for each unique MC participant.
As initiation method is declared as “Automatic”, aggregation group is triggered based on
Processing Timetable configured on Aggregation Group
Processing TimeTable:
Note: Here dates are provided in line with available data.
After scheduled execution of Aggregation Group Run, measurement data is populated for foundation MC sets
Measurement Data populated for Foundation MC Set with sequence 10 in the aggregation group
Measurement Data populated for Foundation MC set with sequence 20 in the aggregation group
Measurement Data populated for Foundation MC set with sequence 30 in the aggregation group

3. Measurement data is not populated for composite MC set with sequence 40 in aggregation group which refers above three foundation MC sets.
