Disabling Product Governance and Compliance (PG&C) Module Does Not Remove Fields From Reports (Doc ID 2807656.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Disabling PG&C module in the Agile Java Client  does not remove "Fields" from the reports

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Java Client as "admin" user
  2. Go to Admin -- Server Settings -- Licenses -- Modules
  3. Modify Product Governance and Compliance from "YES" to "NO"
  4. Save the changes
  5. Restart the Agile application Server
  6. Reports that had compliance fields configured are still showing Compliance fields and data
