PCD Application Pages Shows Default Product Hierarchy Instead of Custom Hierarchy Selected in Application Preference Screen

Symptoms
On PCD 8.0.7 version, application pages are still showing the default product hierarchy and not custom product hierarchy selected in Application Preference screen.
For client configuration, they are using a "CUSTOM PRODUCT" hierarchy and not the default Product hierarchy. Therefore they made "CUSTOM PRODUCT" hierarchy as the default hierarchy in the Price Creation & Discovery (PCD) Application Preferences screen. Having done this, the product hierarchy selection in "Product Parameters", "Card Rate Definition", "Offer Rate Definition", etc. application pages are still showing the default product hierarchy and not "CUSTOM PRODUCT" hierarchy which is saved in Application Preferences page.
