Symptoms

 We have reinstalled the WebLogic and migrating the ASAP domain from existing WebLogic to new WebLogic. After migrating the ASAP domain we are trying to update the path of the asap$ENV_ID.ear and other applications as well but while trying to update the path of asap$ENV_ID.ear from tmp location to WebLogic location ($WL_HOME/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/upload) we are getting the below error:
