Undo of Deleted Allocation Model Fails With 'ORA-01722: invalid number' in PFT 8.1 (Doc ID 2809835.1)

Symptoms

You cannot use Undo to remove records associated with a deleted Allocation Model.  You can find the deleted Model in Allocation History and execute the undo but no records are removed.

You find the following error in the web layer pftapp.log:
