Symptoms

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Input flist to PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR opcode:

0 PIN_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME STR [0] "<NAME>"
0 PIN_FLD_LIMIT ARRAY [3100001] allocated 20, used 4
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_LIMIT DECIMAL [0] 0
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_FLOOR DECIMAL [0] -9000000
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_THRESHOLDS INT [0] 0
1 PIN_FLD_THRESHOLDS ARRAY [0] allocated 20, used 1
2 PIN_FLD_AMOUNT DECIMAL [0] -1999999.99


When attempting to run opcode PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR
the following error occurs.
