Resource Usage Plugin Is Not Loaded (Doc ID 2812061.1)

Goal

We have configured Resource usage plugin for WAM-OFSC integration. We are able to access Resource usage plugin when activity is present in Bucket. However when activity is moved to a field resource, the plugin is not loaded and error message embedded plugin at -etadirect.com 'Invalid Resource usage' error message is displayed.
