Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to import Product Lifecycle Management for Process (PLM4P) user
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should be able to import user
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to UGM module in QA Export environment
2.Navigate to Export in UGM
3.Under 'Users to Export' select 'Add New'
4.Search and select the effected PLM4P user, hit done and select Export.
5.Open Prod Import environment and navigate to UGM module
6.Navigate to Import in UGM
7.Under 'Import Users and Groups' Select user export token/file
8.Once done, select 'Import'
