Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.1.0 version,
When attempting to install a Pass-Through Views (PTV) for an OC Remote Location,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a PTV for an Oracle Clinical Data Extract Views adapter.
2. Attempt to install the Work Area.
