TF workflow automatic action was not working when user introduced new status and service task

Symptoms
Status is not changed while creating manual case as per the new service task
Steps to reproduce :
Step1: Login to TF application
Step2: Select Process Modeller
Step3: Select the Process Name / Process Id
Step4: Click on View
Step5: In PMF screen add new status and service task.
Expected result : New status and service task should be created successfully
Actual result : New status and service task in PMF was not working as expected.
Issue Encountered : Problem in creating new status and service task in PMF
