WorkAgenda's OPERATOR_COMMENT Field Always Shows Oldest Comment First (Doc ID 2814863.1)

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

WorkAgenda always shows the oldest comment in the OPERATOR_COMMENTS field.
This is not helpful.   It's behavior should be configurable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Add the OPERATOR_COMMENT field to WorkAgenda
WORKAGENDA_TOOLBEHAVIOR.inc -- add OPERATOR_COMMENT to the "columns" field.

WORKAGENDA_TBL_WA_ALARMS.inc, after "#EST_SOURCE" add
    <Column key="OPERATOR_COMMENT"/>
Save.
nms-install-config --java
redeploy

1. Open an event in Event Details.
2. Add a comment "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
(100 A's and 4 spaces.)

3. WorkAgenda.Operator Comment shows the field

4. Add a comment to the same event

5. Add another comment:

6. Comment A, some of comment B and all of comment C are shown.

7. Add comment:

8. Some of each of the comments are visible now.
