Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Data Collections
When attempting to run Legacy collections for the Resources ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_ST_BOR_RESOURCES#, column RESOURCE_CODE.
ORA-12899: value too large for column "MSC"."MSC_ST_BOR_RESOURCES"."RESOURCE_CODE" (actual: 14, maximum: 10)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Go to Collections > Legacy Collections
3. Run the program for the Resources data
