Symptoms


An LDAP server connection close after idle timeout results in the user receiving a password prompt. The following is observed in the logs:

In the transaction log on the MMP:



The above entries occur when users receive a prompt from their mail client to reenter their password.
Users should not have to reenter their password to access their mail after an idle connection.
