File to Table load connector execution fails if source file name and EDD name are same (Doc ID 2817309.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description
While trying to execute Insert type connector(File to Table load) having EDD
name same as source filename, execution fails with below error

Error:
Environment check failed
DIH0018 - Data File [/u03/app/ftpshare/STAGE/BOK_DIH/incoming/I_17774.csv]
not found/Insufficient privileges.

Steps to Reproduce 

1.Define File type EDS
2.Define EDD with Filename same as EDD name
Eg:
EDD_name = TEST_GL_BOOK
File name= TEST_GL_BOOK.csv

3.Define connector using same EDD and publish the connector.
4.Execute connector

 

Business impact

Unable to execute connector.
