Periodic Charge State Branch Feature Node (PCSB FN) shows error when Periodic Name is defined in profile tag

The CP cannot be compiled.

Refer the following screenshot :

GUI error "Period Charge not found"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new Control Plan (CP) with PCSB node
2. Configure PCSB node to select Periodic charge name From Profile (any field)
3. Save node and try to compile CP
