AcsProfile Tool Crashes for 8-byte Date Profile Tag (Doc ID 2817573.1)

Symptoms

acsProfile tool displays or changes the value of profile tags.

During the tests it was observed that acsProfile crashes when the target MSISDN has an 8-byte date profile tag.
