Symptoms
Oracle Policy hub application is up but not able to login to the OPA Hub manager. When admin user is trying to login to the OPA Hub manager, the below error occurs
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Policy hub application
2. Enter username and password
3. Click Login and the above error occurs
