Symptoms

Date format is not as expected after changing the regional setting in RMS. Date format should be consistent across RMS screens.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Changed the date format in preference -> regional settings to d/MMM/yyyy (7/Aug/2019)
2. Navigate to order search screen and observe Not before date has format 7/Aug/2019 (as expected).
3. Navigate to transaction Data search screen and observe date has incorrect format 8/7/2019 - correct format 7/Aug/2019.
