On Oracle Life Sciences Information Manager (HIM) 3.0.1 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WebLogic 12.2.1.3.0 Administration Console cannot be accessed.
The following error message is displayed in the browser when attempting to connect to the server:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Install WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0.
2. Attempt to access WebLogic Administration Console from another machine.
