Unable To Log into Agile Product Lifye Cycle Management (PLM) Java Client Getting Error "Server is not available" (Doc ID 2818911.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Login Agile PLM Java Client the following error occurs.

ERROR in JAVA CLIENT UI
Server is not available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Able to login to Agile PLM Java Client without any issue

WORKAROUND
No workaround available

WHAT IS WORKING:
Tried restarting the Agile services, Able to open Agile Web Client, Weblogic console, File Manager.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile Java Client using url http://localhost:port/JavaClient/start.html
2. Try to open the Agile PLM Java Client
