Fails to Send Reminder and Escalation Inbox and Email Notifications to Acknowledgers and Approvers in Change Request(CR) Status (Doc ID 2819169.1)

The reminder and Escalation notification emails not sent to the users as per the configured time in the Workflow for CR objects


The reminder and Escalation notification emails should be sent to the users after the configured time


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Java Client.
2. Go to Admin > Workflow Settings > Workflows
3. Open a workflow for CR objects
4. Go to Status tab of Workflow and open the status where the reminder and escalation time need to be set.
5. Set the Reminder Period(in hours) and Review Escalation Period(in hours) values to some big numbers.
6. Log into Web client with appropriate privileges.
7. Add Approvers and/or Acknowledgers to this status in a Change Request which is added to the workflow chosen in step3.
8. Move the CR to this status.
9. Monitor if users receive notification emails after the configured number of hours.
10. Users do not receive any notification.
