Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post swift message

Step 2 : Check for alerts

Step 3 : Open UCS and check for alerts

Expected result :

Message must be posted and alert should be generated.

Actual result :

No Messages are posted and encountered below error even though its running.

Issue Encountered :

User encountered below error message while posting through sanctions.jsp

 "ERROR MESSAGE":"Name and Address Screening Service not responding. Please wait for response in HOLD queue","STATUS":"ERROR".

Changes

EDQ weblogic user security has replaced and weblogic user got deleted with DNadmin user.
