PC Balance Types Not Removed from Wallet if Expired by the Grovelling (Doc ID 2822070.1)

Last updated on MARCH 27, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when an expired Periodic Charge (PC) is found by the beGroveller and sent to the beVWARS for processing, the PC's Balance Type (BT) is not deleted when the bucket is deleted.

Essentially the row in BE_BUCKET is deleted, but the row in BE_BALANCE is not on the Voucher Wallet Server (VWS).

This has no end user impact whatsoever.
