ECM 8.0.8 - KYC Onboarding Service Questions

Client is looking to implement the KYC Onboarding Service on ECM 8.0.8 and they have below questions around authentication and exception handling.

1. Is basic authentication the only supported authentication method for the web service or can the service support token or API key based authentication? If so, how is that configured?

2. What are all of the possible error messages/codes that can come out of as a result of the a failure in the service call?
