Symptoms
Multiple operation instances for the same operation in a work order created using lot multiple setup are not scheduled adjacent to each other creating redundant changeovers
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a routing operation with lot multiple quantity set to 76
2. Create a work order for 154 quantities
3. Launch and open the model
4. Solve the model and observe 3 operation instances are created for quantities 76, 76 and 2 respectively but not scheduled adjacent to each other
