FRM-40735: WHEN-CUSTOM-ITEM-EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench
2. Choose plan, right-click on plan and choose Items / Items.
3. Choose Item, right-click and choose Vertical Plan
4. Right-click on the Graph and choose Day.
5. The form throws FRM-40735 error.
