Allocation History Screen Fails To Load With Spinning Hourglass in PFT 8.1 (Doc ID 2825446.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the Allocation History screen, the screen hangs with a spinning hourglass and never loads.  The Allocation History screen does not appear.

Additionally, the following errors exist in the Websphere SystemOut.log:

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
        at com.ofs.fsapps.pft.Dao.clsDaoAllocationHist.fnDbView(clsDaoAllocationHist.java:486)
        at com.ofs.fsapps.pft.action.clsActAllocationHist.fnSummaryView(clsActAllocationHist.java:2910)
        at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
        at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:90)


The web.xml does have the entry for the pfttransactions.xml.

The issue occurs for all As of Date and all Allocations.
