Users Are Getting Error On Order Approval When Supplier Site Address Max Length Surpassed

Symptoms
When trying to create a New Order, an error is thrown on-screen claiming that the supplier site address "exceeds the maximum length allowed".
Steps to reproduce :
1. Change Supplier Site Addres (ADDR table, addr_1 column) to anything with 81 or more characters.
2. Create New Order, or Create from Existing.
3. Fill with proper data.
4. Click on Approve.
5. Check the error.
