IIA 8.1.1.2 January Month YTD BOP Showing As Zero Including Incremental And YTD Runs (Doc ID 2826203.1)

Symptoms

YTD feature introduced in IIA 8.1.1.2 is working as expected for all the months except January month even though intermediate tables have correct data. Seems the report or reporting table is having 0s instead of values

Eg: Though Dec'20 Month is having a closing balance, Jan'21 Month Opening data is appearing as "0" in Policy Holder Account Balance report.
