Argus Analytics Full Load ETL Failed due to Duplicate Countries in Argus Safety - ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

Goal
In Argus Safety 8.1.2 version have configured a country -'Unknown' and configured Licenses and booked cases against this 'Unknown' country.
Now upgrading from 8.1.2 to 8.2.3.
After 8.2.3 upgrade, observed that new country 'Unknown' was added in countries List.
Now have 2 Unknown countries in [Argus Console] > [Codelists] > Countries in Argus Safety.
Due to this duplicate country, Analytics ETL is failing with errors similar to below:
ODI-1298: Serial task "SERIAL-EU-LS_AN_ArgusAnlaytics_UNIT (20)" failed
because child task "Create index(s) on target table-IKM AN SQL Control Append - SIL DWH Dim FL- (110)" is in error.
ODI-1228: Task Create index(s) on target table-IKM AN SQL Control Append - SIL DWH Dim FL- fails on the target connection DS_AN_ArgusAnlaytics.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX;
duplicate keys found
