OFSAA 8.1 Hierarchy Does Not Open in UI After Loading Significant Number of Dimension Members

Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.1, hierarchy does not open in User Interface (UI) after loading more than 3000 members into that dimension.
After about 20 minutes of waiting to load the entire information, when user tries to cancel / exit the window, the entire UI freezes and needs reopening.
Same hierarchy takes 1-2 seconds to load when used for defining FTP assumptions (i.e. within the FTP Transfer Pricing Rules screen).
Also, other hierarchies with smaller number of members open as expected.
