Goal
In Log4j2 versions up to and including 2.14.1 (excluding security releases 2.3.1, 2.12.2 and 2.12.3), the JNDI features used in configurations, log messages, and parameters do not protect against third person-controlled LDAP and other JNDI related endpoints. An third person who can control log messages or log message parameters can execute code loaded from LDAP servers when message lookup substitution is enabled.
