Unable To Save Configurations With Errors On Auto Archiving (Doc ID 2832707.1)

Symptoms

The following error appears when trying to save the configuration in Common profile switch > Case Processing > Auto Archiving.

Errors:

The following exception has occurred: Contact your system administrator


Steps:

  1. Go to Argus Console > System Configuration > System management (Common Profile Switch)
  2. Go to (menu tree) Case Processing > Auto Archiving
  3. Auto Archiving setting displays
  4. Press the [Save] button
  5. The error "The following exception has occurred: Contact your system administrator" displays.

 

The following errors are also displayed under Utilities > Logs > View Error log.
